Strawberry and Peach Ice Cream:



  • 300g strawberry
  • 200g unsweetened concentrated milk
  • 100 to 180g sugar


  • 2 cans peach in syrup
  • 12cl cream
  • 50 to 100g sugar
  • 250g yoghurt
  • A few drops of lemon juice


Mash the fruits into oblivion. Mix with other ingredients. Add food coloring if needed. Place into an ice maker, follow constructor instructions.

For the Norwegian omelette, use when it has a thick creamy consistency. (Let warm if too hard, place in freezer if too soft.) For regular ice cream, place into a box and back in the freezer.

Bonus for strawberry, you don't need an ice cream maker (in theory, that didn't work for me): Place the concentrated milk in the freezer. After 24h, whip until it has a creamy consistency. Mix with other ingredients.
